No. If your business doesn’t have a WhatsApp Business account yet, we help you set one up in your business’s name. It belongs to you, not to us.
Yes. You keep using the WhatsApp Business app on your number. When you reply from your phone, the assistant steps back so you and your customer aren’t talking over each other.
They pay your business directly, through your own payment link or in cash. KrisBiz never holds their money. When a payment comes in, you (or staff you allow) mark it paid, and KrisBiz keeps the record.
Meta, which runs WhatsApp, charges for some business messages, such as reminders. Those fees go on your own WhatsApp Business account at Meta’s rates. We pass them through at cost and add nothing on top.
It answers from the prices, hours and policies you give it. When it isn’t sure, it hands the chat to you. It can suggest new answers from your chats, but nothing is used until you approve it.

Yes, any time. There’s no contract. Your WhatsApp Business account, number and chat history always stay yours, because the account is in your business’s name. You remove our access and carry on using your number.
Subscription fees you have already paid are not refunded, except that if you change plans, we refund the unused part of your previous plan to your card (or, if you prefer, as a credit on your next bill). We take your card when you sign up, but if you cancel within your free first month, you are never charged.
Yes, any time. From your dashboard you can download your customers, bookings, invoices and payments, payroll records and payslips, and your knowledge base, as Excel or CSV files.
When you cancel, KrisBiz keeps working until the end of the period you’ve paid for (or your free month). For 60 days after that, you can still log in to view and download your data, read-only. After that, your account closes and your data is no longer available to you in KrisBiz. Your WhatsApp number and chat history stay with you either way.
